To create a “Buy X Get Y” (BXGY) campaign:
Go to the Campaign Type page.
Select Buy X Get Y as the campaign type.
Follow the step-by-step setup instructions shown in the app.

In the meantime, you can mimic the setup by selecting the same product for both X and Y in a BXGY campaign. However, for the best customer experience, we recommend waiting for the dedicated Buy X Get X (BXGX) campaign type, which will offer full functionality.

Yes, you can!
Use the BXGY campaign and select “Free Gift” as the reward type in the “Get Y” section. This works for you as a Free Gift or BOGO campaign.

Yes, Discounty supports this. Here are more details about it:
For Product X (the item being bought): Existing discounts (like 10% off) will still apply.
For Product Y (the reward): Discounty automatically applies the better discount - either the BXGY reward or an existing discount.
Example:
If all products are 10% off and your BXGY campaign gives 50% off Y items:
Product X gets 10% off.
Product Y gets 50% off (whichever is greater).
⚠️ Note: Be sure to enable “Combine with other campaigns” during campaign setup so both discounts can apply correctly.
