If you've set up a "Quantity and volume discount sale" campaign in Discounty but find that the discount isn't applying correctly on your store, follow these steps.

Step 1: Check if the discount is actually working!

Sometimes, even though the discount works in the cart, it might not show up on the product page. To verify if the discount is working:

  1. Add the minimum quantity or purchase required to your cart.

  2. Check if the discount is applied.

If the discount applies but doesn't display on the product page, refer to this article.

If the discount isn't working in the cart despite meeting the minimum criteria, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Check if Discounty discounts are set up in your store.

Our "Quantity and volume discount sale" campaigns work by creating Shopify's discount functions. To ensure they are created properly:

  1. Go to the 'Discounts' section of your Shopify store.

  2. Look for these discounts created by Discounty and ensure they're all activated. Please note that based on your installation time, you may see one of the bellow configurations:

Recent installations:

Older installations (before July 24, 2024):


OR:

If all one or five discounts are created and active but the discount isn't working, contact our support team for further assistance.

If you have accidentally deactivated one or more discounts, reactivate them and test your store again.

Please note that based on Shopify limitations, each store can have:

  • Up to 25 automatic discounts active at a time.

  • Up to 5 function-based automatic discounts active at a time.

If you've reached this limitation, consider deactivating other discounts if possible. Then, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
